Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any software product offered by Yal IT Consulting ("our Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Products.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased Product on one (1) device per license. Each license is valid for the subscription period indicated at the time of purchase.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any Product.
• You may not transfer or sublicense your license to another person.
• Free trials are limited to the terms stated on the Product page.

3. Subscription and Renewal

Our Products are offered on a subscription basis (annual or as otherwise stated). Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You must manually renew to continue using a Product after the license expires.

4. Intellectual Property

All content you create using our Products belongs to you. The software, interface, and underlying systems of our Products are the intellectual property of Yal IT Consulting and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yal IT Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of a Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
