Refund Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2025

1. First Purchase — 14-Day Refund

If this is your first purchase, you are eligible for a full refund if your request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon approval, your license will be deactivated immediately.

2. Renewals — No Refund

Renewal purchases are not eligible for a refund. By renewing, you have already used the product for a full year and are familiar with its features. We encourage you to evaluate the product during your existing license period before renewing.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at refund@yalit.co with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order ID and optionally the reason for the refund.

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated immediately and the product reverts to trial mode.
